SOCIAL SERVICES REGULATION ACT 2021 (NO. 37 OF 2021) - SECT 313

Evidence as to age

In any proceeding for an offence against this Act or the regulations, if the age of a person is material and there is insufficient evidence of the person's actual age, the Court may have regard to the person's apparent age.
