"community service" has the same meaning as in the Children, Youth and Families Act 2005 as in force immediately before the commencement of Part 3;
"compliance notice" means a compliance notice within the meaning of the Supported Residential Services (Community Visitors) Act 2010 as in force immediately before the commencement of Part 5;
disability service provider has the same meaning as in the Disability Act 2006 as in force immediately before the commencement of Part 3;
"registered community service" has the same meaning as in the Children, Youth and Families Act 2005 as in force immediately before the commencement of Part 3;
"secure welfare service" has the same meaning as in the Children, Youth and Families Act 2005 as in force immediately before the commencement of Part 3;
"Suitability Panel" has the same meaning as in the Children, Youth and Families Act 2005 as in force immediately before the commencement of Part 5.
