SOCIAL SERVICES REGULATION ACT 2021 (NO. 37 OF 2021) - SECT 52

A person engages in conduct that may lead to exclusion if at any time (whether before, on or after the commencement of this Part) the person engages in any of the following—

        (a)     conduct that causes serious harm to—

              (i)     any WCES service user; or

              (ii)     any other person with the characteristics of a WCES service user;

        (b)     conduct that a reasonable person would consider likely to cause serious harm to—

              (i)     any WCES service user; or

              (ii)     any other person with the characteristics of a WCES service user;

        (c)     persistent or repeated conduct that results in harm to—

              (i)     any WCES service user; or

              (ii)     any other person with the characteristics of a WCES service user;

        (d)     prescribed conduct.
