SOCIAL SERVICES REGULATION ACT 2021 (NO. 37 OF 2021) - SECT 76

    (1)     A Panel may determine that the following must not be published or broadcast—

        (a)     the identity of any person;

        (b)     any information or document that is likely to lead to the identification of any person.

    (2)     A Panel may, if it considers that it is in the interests of justice to do so, determine that the following must not be published or broadcast—

        (a)     the identity of—

              (i)     the WCES worker or carer who is the subject of the matter being heard by the Panel; or

              (ii)     a WCES service user; or

              (iii)     a child;

        (b)     any information or document that is likely to lead to the identification of a person specified in paragraph (a) before the final determination of the matter;

        (c)     any information or document considered at a hearing of the Panel.
