SOCIAL SERVICES REGULATION ACT 2021 (NO. 37 OF 2021) - SECT 85

    (1)     If a WCES worker or carer receives a notice under section 56, 64 or 71, the worker or carer must disclose the following to the Regulator—

        (a)     the name of any WCES service provider that is employing or engaging the worker or carer at the time of the notice;

        (b)     the name of any WCES service provider with which the worker or carer has a pending application for employment or engagement as a WCES worker or carer.

Penalty:     60 penalty units.

    (2)     The WCES worker or carer must make a disclosure under subsection (1)—

        (a)     as soon as practicable after receiving the notice under section 56, 64 or 71; or

        (b)     if the worker or carer applies for employment or engagement as a WCES worker or carer after receiving the notice, as soon as practicable after making the application.

Penalty:     60 penalty units.
