SOCIAL SERVICES REGULATION ACT 2021 (NO. 37 OF 2021) - SECT 87

Removal of exclusion from database on expiry

The Regulator must remove any information relating to a person's exclusion from providing WCES services from the WCES database if the period for which the person is excluded from providing those WCES service expires.
