SOCIAL SERVICES REGULATION ACT 2021 (NO. 37 OF 2021) - SECT 88

Removal of exclusion from database on application

    (1)     A person may apply to the Panel for the removal of any information relating to the person from the WCES database if the prescribed circumstances exist.

    (2)     An application under subsection (1) must be in the prescribed form, if any.

    (3)     If the Panel is reasonably satisfied that the prescribed circumstances exist, the Panel may require the Regulator to remove any information relating to the person from the WCES database.
