SOCIAL SERVICES REGULATION ACT 2021 (NO. 37 OF 2021) - SECT 91

Offence to fail to notify employer of investigation or referral

    (1)     A person must within the prescribed time notify a WCES service provider by which the person is employed or engaged to provide a WCES service if the person receives a notice under section 56 or  64.

Penalty:     60 penalty units.

    (2)     If an exclusion decision is made in relation to a person, the person must within the prescribed time—

        (a)     notify a WCES service provider by which the person is employed or engaged as a WCES worker or carer that the person is subject to the exclusion decision; and

        (b)     disclose to the WCES service provider the period for which the person is excluded and any conditions of the exclusion decision.

Penalty:     60 penalty units.
