Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) Sustainability Victoria may do all things that are necessary or convenient to enable it to carry out its functions and achieve its objective.
(2) Without limiting sub-section (1), Sustainability Victoria may apply for, obtain and hold intellectual property rights, including patents, copyrights, trade marks and registered designs.
