TOBACCO AMENDMENT (PROTECTION OF CHILDREN) ACT 2009 (NO. 49 OF 2009) - SECT 22

For the penalty at the foot of section 7(1) of the Principal Act substitute —

"Penalty:     In the case of a natural person, 60 penalty units;

In the case of a body corporate, 300 penalty units.".
