TOBACCO AMENDMENT (PROTECTION OF CHILDREN) ACT 2009 (NO. 49 OF 2009) - SECT 31

For the penalty at the foot of section 15(1) of the Principal Act substitute —

"Penalty:     In the case of a natural person, 120 penalty units;

In the case of a body corporate, 600 penalty units.".
