TOBACCO AMENDMENT (PROTECTION OF CHILDREN) ACT 2009 (NO. 49 OF 2009) - SECT 35
No smoking signs
In section 15H(1) of the Principal Act, for "5 penalty units" substitute
"10 penalty units, in the case of a natural person, or 50 penalty units, in
the case of a body corporate".
