TRANSPORT LEGISLATION AMENDMENT (ROAD SAFETY, RAIL AND OTHER MATTERS) ACT 2017 (NO. 68 OF 2017) - SECT 92

Secretary to the Department of Transport is exempt

(1) In the heading to section 35B of the Rail Safety (Local Operations) Act 2006 omit " of Transport ".

(2) In section 35B of the Rail Safety (Local Operations) Act 2006 , for "Transport" substitute "Economic Development, Jobs, Transport and Resources".
