Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) A person who receives any money or other property from the Victorian Veterans Council for a specified purpose must not knowingly use that money or property for a purpose other than that for which it was received.
(2) A person who contravenes sub-section (1) is guilty of an indictable offence.
Penalty: Level 6 imprisonment (5 years maximum) or level 6 fine (600 penalty units maximum) or both.
