VICTORIAN URBAN DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY AMENDMENT (URBAN RENEWAL AUTHORITY VICTORIA) ACT 2011 (NO. 35 OF 2011) - SECT 6

In section 3 of the Principal Act—

        (a)     in the definition of "Authority", for "Victorian Urban Development Authority" substitute "Urban Renewal Authority Victoria"; and

        (b)     insert the following definition—

""urban renewal" means the redevelopment of large scale urban neighbourhoods to improve their amenity for residential and mixed use purposes;".
