WATER AND CATCHMENT LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2021 (NO. 48 OF 2021) - SECT 75

Offences for taking or using water from a non-declared water system

    (1)     At the foot of section 63(1) of the Principal Act insert —

" Note

Section 297A applies to an offence against this subsection.".

    (2)     At the foot of section 63(2) of the Principal Act insert —

" Note

Section 297A applies to an offence against this subsection.".

    (3)     At the foot of section 63(3) of the Principal Act insert —

" Note

Section 297A applies to an offence against this subsection.".
