WATER AND CATCHMENT LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2021 (NO. 48 OF 2021) - SECT 91

    (1)     In section 151(1) of the Principal Act, for "who contravenes" substitute "whom the Authority reasonably believes has contravened".

    (2)     For the penalty at the foot of section 151(2) of the Principal Act substitute —

"Penalty:     For an individual, 120 penalty units;

    For a body corporate, 600 penalty units.

Note

Section 297 applies to an offence against this subsection.".
