WATER AND CATCHMENT LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2021 (NO. 48 OF 2021) - SECT 99

    (1)     At the foot of section 289(1) of the Principal Act insert —

" Note

Section 297A applies to an offence against this subsection.".

    (2)     At the foot of section 289(2) of the Principal Act insert —

" Note

Section 297A applies to an offence against this subsection.".

    (3)     At the foot of section 289(3) of the Principal Act insert —

" Note

Section 297A applies to an offence against this subsection.".

    (4)     In the definition of Authority's water in section 289(4) of the Principal Act—

        (a)     in paragraph (b), for "person." substitute "person; or";

        (b)     after paragraph (b) insert —

    "(c)     that is delivered by an Authority for another person to take.".
