Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts The Commissioner may
designate any of the following persons as an investigator for the purposes of
this Part —
(a) any
person employed in the Department;
(b) any
person who —
(i)
is an officer of a Public Sector agency that provides
services to the Department; and
(ii)
assists in the exercise of the Commissioner’s
functions under this Act;
(c) any
person engaged by the chief executive officer to assist in the exercise of the
Commissioner’s functions under this Act.
