If a court proposes to
make a behaviour management order and the respondent is before the court, it
must explain to the respondent before making the order —
(a) the
purpose, terms and effect of the proposed order; and
(b) the
consequences that may follow if the respondent fails to comply with the terms
of the proposed order; and
(c) the
means by which the proposed order may be varied or cancelled.
