Australian Capital Territory Current Acts Australian Capital Territory Current Acts(1) For the purposes of proceedings for an order under this division—
(a) the court may require notice of the proceedings to be given to any person the court thinks fit; and
(b) the court may hear a person to whom a notice has been given.
(2)
Without affecting any other right of appeal, an order under this
division is appellable in the same manner as if it were, or were part of, a
sentence imposed in relation to the relevant offence.
