CRIMES ACT 1900 - SECT 254

Declaration of corresponding law

    (1)     The Executive may declare a law of a State or another Territory to be a corresponding law.

    (2)     A declaration is a notifiable instrument.

Note     A notifiable instrument must be notified under the Legislation Act
