Australian Capital Territory Current Acts Australian Capital Territory Current Acts(1) A contributor must give the respondent who added the contributor copies of reports, surveillance film and other documents about the accident claimed to have given rise to the personal injury to which the claim relates that are in the contributor's possession.
(2) The contributor must give the copies—
(a) within the period prescribed by regulation (or, if no period is prescribed, within 1 month after the day the contributor is added as a contributor); and
(b) to the extent that a report, film or other document mentioned in subsection (1) comes into the respondent's possession later, within 7 days after the day it comes into the respondent's possession.
