ELECTORAL ACT 1992 - SECT 271

Evidence that persons were not permitted to vote

In determining an application, the Court of Disputed Elections shall not have regard to any evidence that a person was not permitted to cast a vote in an election unless the court is satisfied that the person—

        (a)     claimed to vote in accordance with this Act; and

        (b)     complied with the requirements of this Act in relation to voting to the extent that the person was permitted to do so.
