ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION REGULATION 2005 - REG 52

PCBs taken to cause environmental harm—Act, s 5 (b)

    (1)     A PCB material is taken to cause environmental harm if it enters the environment.

    (2)     A thing containing PCB material is taken to cause environmental harm if it enters the environment.
