ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION REGULATION 2005 - REG 53

Definitions—pt 6

In this part:

"agricultural chemical product"—see the agvet code

, section 4.

"agvet chemical product" means—

        (a)     an agricultural chemical product; or

        (b)     a veterinary chemical product.

"agvet code" means the Agvet Code of the ACT, under the href="https://www.legislation.gov.au/Series/C2004A04723" title="Act 1994 No 47">Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals Code Act 1994

(Cwlth) as in force from time to time.

Note 2     The Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals Code Act 1994

(Cwlth) does not need to be notified under the href="http://www.legislation.act.gov.au/a/2001-14" title="A2001-14">Legislation Act

because s 47 (6) does not apply (see href="https://www.legislation.act.gov.au/a/1997-92/" title="Environment Protection Act 1997">Act

"agvet permit" means a permit issued under the agvet code

"approved label", for a registered agvet chemical product—see the agvet code

, section 3.

instruction on the approved label for a registered agvet chemical product—see the agvet code

, section 3.

"registered", for an agvet chemical product, means registered under the

title="Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals Code Act 1994 (Cwlth)">agvet code

, part 2.

"veterinary chemical product"—see the agvet code

, section 5.
