Australian Capital Territory Current Regulations Australian Capital Territory Current Regulations(1) A person conducting a business or undertaking must ensure that the health monitoring of a worker mentioned in section 435 (Duty to provide health monitoring) is carried out by or under the supervision of a registered medical practitioner with experience in health monitoring.
