Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) Where it is necessary for the purposes of this Act to decide whether the interests of a person are affected by a decision, that matter shall be decided by the Tribunal and, if the Tribunal decides that the interests of a person are affected by a decision, the decision of the Tribunal is conclusive.
(2) This section does not apply to a proceeding in the Security
Division to which section 39A or 39BA applies.
