Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Tribunal for the purposes of a hearing, or the person conducting a directions hearing or alternative dispute resolution process, may allow or require a person to participate by telephone or by means of other electronic communications equipment.
(2) Subsection (1) does not apply to a proceeding in the
Security Division to which section 39A or 39BA applies.
