ADMINISTRATIVE APPEALS TRIBUNAL ACT 1975 - SECT 43C

Part does not apply in relation to certain migration decisions

    This Part does not apply to an application in relation to, or a proceeding for the review of, any of the following within the meaning of the Migration Act 1958 :

  (a)   a privative clause decision;

  (b)   a purported privative clause decision;

  (c)   an AAT Act migration decision.
