ADMINISTRATIVE APPEALS TRIBUNAL ACT 1975 - SECT 62C

    A person commits an offence if:

  (a)   the person engages in conduct; and

  (b)   the conduct contravenes an order under subsection   35(3) or (4) or 35AA(2).

Penalty:   Imprisonment for 12 months or 60 penalty units, or both.
