Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Care recipients may be required to pay for, or contribute to,
the costs of their care and accommodation. Fees and payments are dealt with in
Chapter 3A of this Act, and in Divisions 57, 57A, 58 and 60 of
the Aged Care (Transitional Provisions) Act 1997 .
