DISABILITY DISCRIMINATION ACT 1992 - SECT 43

    It is an offence for a person:

  (a)   to incite the doing of an act that is unlawful under a provision of Division   1, 2, 2A or 3; or

  (c)   to assist or promote whether by financial assistance or otherwise the doing of such an act.

Penalty:   Imprisonment for 6 months.
