FISHERIES MANAGEMENT ACT 1991 - SECT 115

    AFMA may make arrangements with a person by whom an amount of levy is, or will become, payable in relation to:

  (a)   the time for payment; or

  (b)   the manner of payment;

of the amount of levy or any part of that amount.
