Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsIt is a condition of a fishing concession, or scientific permit, authorising the use of an Australian - flagged boat outside the AFZ that the master of the boat:
(a) facilitate boarding of the boat; and
(b) co - operate with inspection of the boat;
by officials of a foreign country acting in accordance with the Fish Stocks Agreement or a measure established by an international fisheries management organisation.
