Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsThe Information Commissioner has the following functions (as conferred by this Act and the Australian Information Commissioner Act 2010 , but without limiting any provision of either Act):
(a) reviewing the operation in each agency of the information publication scheme established by this Part, in conjunction with the agency;
(b) investigating an agency's compliance with this Part under Division 2 of Part VIIB (Information Commissioner investigations);
(c) otherwise monitoring, investigating and reporting on the
operation of the scheme.
