Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The applicant or applicants may file with the FWC a written statement of no more than 2,000 words in support of the proposal for the constituent part to withdraw from the amalgamated organisation.
(2) The statement must either:
(a) accompany the application; or
(b) be filed within such later time as the FWC allows.
(3) The FWC may order that the statement be amended, in accordance with the order, to correct factual errors or otherwise to ensure that it complies with this Act.
