Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The amalgamated organisation may file with the FWC a written statement of no more than 2,000 words in opposition to the proposal for the constituent part to withdraw from the organisation.
(2) The statement must be filed either:
(a) not later than 7 days before the day set down for the hearing of the application in question by the FWC; or
(b) within such later time as the FWC allows.
(3) The FWC may order that the statement be amended, in accordance with the order, to correct factual errors or otherwise to ensure that it complies with this Act.
