NORTHERN TERRITORY (SELF-GOVERNMENT) ACT 1978 - SECT 10

    Where the Administrator withholds assent to a proposed law, or the Governor - General withholds assent to a proposed law or part of a proposed law, a message of the Administrator stating the reasons for the withholding of assent shall be laid before the Legislative Assembly within 6 sitting days of the Legislative Assembly after the date on which the assent was withheld.
