NORTHERN TERRITORY (SELF-GOVERNMENT) ACT 1978 - SECT 49
Trade and commerce with States to be free
Trade, commerce and intercourse between the Territory and the
States, whether by means of internal carriage or ocean navigation, shall be
absolutely free.
