WATER ACT 2007 - SECT 111

Establishment of the Environmental Water Holdings Special Account

  (1)   The Environmental Water Holdings Special Account is established by this section.

  (2)   The Account is a special account for the purposes of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 .
