Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Acts Interpretation Act 1901 , as in force on the day on which Schedule 1 to the Water Amendment Act 2008 commences, applies to Parts 1A, 2A, 4, 4A, 10A and 11A.
(2) Amendments of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901 made after
that day do not apply to those Parts.
