CIVIL AVIATION REGULATIONS 1988 - REG 330

    Subject to regulation   331, Part   4B does not apply to an aircraft:

  (a)   to which Part   42 of CASR applies; and

  (b)   for which maintenance services are being provided by a Part   145 organisation.
