Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) This regulation applies to a Civil Aviation Order made under regulation 5.55 if the Order was in force immediately before 1 September 2014.
(2) The Civil Aviation Order continues in force according to its terms as if it had been made on 1 September 2014 under regulation 210A.
