CIVIL AVIATION REGULATIONS 1988 - REG 337

    Regulation   214 does not apply to an operator in relation to an aircraft for which a Part   145 organisation is:

  (a)   providing maintenance services; or

  (b)   undertaking CAR maintenance activities.
