CORPORATIONS REGULATIONS 2001 - REG 2K.2.02

    For paragraph   265(5)(b) of the Act, the period in which a certificate to the effect set out in paragraph   265(4)(b) of the Act must be produced to ASIC is 90 days after the notice is lodged.
