CORPORATIONS REGULATIONS 2001 - REG 7.9.11T
Provisions of Part 7.7 of Act that do not apply in relation to simple managed investment scheme
For paragraph 951C(1)(b) of the Act, section 942DA
of the Act does not apply in relation to a simple managed investment scheme to
which this Subdivision applies.
