CORPORATIONS ACT 2001 - SECT 5C

Application of Acts Interpretation Act 1901

(1) The Acts Interpretation Act 1901 as in force on 1 November 2000 applies to this Act. (2) Amendments of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901 made after 1 November 2000 do not apply to this Act.
