CLOSE CORPORATIONS ACT 1989 No. 120 of 1989 - SECT 40

Restriction on use of name ''close corporation''

40. A trading corporation that is not a close corporation, or a body
corporate that is incorporated in a Territory, shall not have the words "Close
Corporation" or the abbreviation "C.C." as part of its name.
