Commonwealth Numbered Acts Commonwealth Numbered Acts(1) If the Board decides that a committee member who is also a Board member is to be remunerated in relation to his or her committee membership, the committee member is to be paid the remuneration that is determined by the Remuneration Tribunal. If no determination of that remuneration by the Tribunal is in operation, the committee member is to be paid the remuneration that is prescribed by the regulations.
(2) A committee member who is a Board member is to be paid the allowances that are prescribed by the regulations.
(3) Subsections (1) and (2) have effect subject to the Remuneration Tribunal Act 1973 .
(4) If the Board decides that a committee member other than a Board member is to be remunerated, the committee member is to be paid the remuneration and allowances determined by the Corporation in writing.
